“ELLINIKI ETAIRIA” OFFICE BUILDING
Rehabilitation of a three-level listed building with basement. Tripodon street, Plaka.
Office building of the “Hellenic Society for the Protection of the Environment and the Cultural Heritage”. The building is developed vertically in two wings and consists of three levels and a basement. It is worth mentioning that an ancient embedded wall was discovered during the project, which was preserved and integrated in the basement space.
This rearrangement and rehabilitation was executed with the view to highlighting the building’s history and at the same time, serving the company’s particular needs (national network, international relations, conferences).
The design along with the construction phases are published in the first volume of the series “REHABILITATION OF MONUMENTS AND REVIVAL OF HISTORICAL BUILDINGS IN ATTICA”.
