RESIDENCE IN AMARYNTHOS

Seaside two-level vacation residence with surrounding area in Amarynthos, Euboia.
Vacation residence building near the sea. The particular characteristic of the facade is the firebrick coating, mounted on the bearing skeleton of the building so as to ventilate the thermal insulation. The other facade elements are the exposed concrete and the colorful steel-framed windows.

The basic elements of the interior are the timber constructions from Despotaki, the walls made of firebrick and plaster, as well as the oak floors.
